I’m TB Wittkofsky, a collector of stories, scars, and second chances. I’ve never believed in living a single chapter when there’s an entire book to be written.

I wander through life with my wife, Grace, and our three dogs, Rocky, Dutch and Belle, chasing sunrises, hiking trails, and the next good cup of coffee. Together, we travel the roads less taken, finding fragments of humanity in every small-town diner and mountain breeze. We chronicle those moments in Adventure with Coffee, a blend of travel, reflection, and caffeine-fueled wonder because adventure and coffee belong together like memory and meaning.
But my story doesn’t stop with travel. I write to explore the heart’s fault lines, those fragile places where love, loss, and mental health meet.
My first novella, (Not) Alone, was born from personal darkness and rewritten into a novel that now stands as both confession and conversation. I followed it with The Seeds of Love: Sunflower Kisses, a tender romance about imperfection, acceptance, and the courage it takes to let someone in.

My poetry collection, Coffee, Alcohol, and Heartbreak, came next. It was a decade distilled into verse. It’s raw, honest, and imperfectly human, written from the messy in-between where healing and hurt hold hands.
Beyond the page, I share pieces of my mental health journey on my blog and co-host the Adevnture With Coffee Podcast. I formerly co-hosted the Cook the Books Podcast, where I sit with other creatives to talk about the craft, the chaos, and the quiet beauty of writing. I also co-founded the former Tea With Coffee Media, an independent publishing company built on one belief: every story deserves to be told, especially the ones no one else will touch.

Before all this, I was an award-winning marketer, a communicator who learned how words move people long before I learned how they could save me. That part of me still lives here, woven through everything I do: the strategy, the storytelling, the relentless belief that even in the digital noise, authenticity still cuts through.
So, whether you came here for stories that stir the soul, poems that bruise and heal, or reflections on the fragile art of being human…
Welcome.
Pour yourself a cup.
Settle in.
Let’s rise together with the stories we tell.
